It is never too late to say, “Let’s Do It Right”. Yes, there has been long delays in taking decisions and their implementations which has led to such a situation which demands immediate Restructuring. Better late than never.
Multiple problems all around and lying scattered. Any Restructuring scenario normally deals with it. Identifying them, Fixing them one by one on Priority and setting them Right. One cannot fix all the problems and in fact one should not attempt to fix all.
