He has 23 years of experience in advertising across Dubai (UAE) and Mumbai (India). Creativity is so subtle to him like the way the steam coming out of a cup of tea touching your olfactory sensory neurons, creating a sense of taste.
Shantesh rose to becoming an Executive Creative Director in 2008 and has mentored many ad professionals in his years of leading creative teams. Strong on strategy and research, with a keen eye for commercial art, he believes the best ideas come from life’s myriad experiences. Not enough, he is also a seasoned copywriter. He has worked on over 250 brands, including Toyota, Honda, Mazda, IKEA, M&S, Volvo, Jeep, BBC World and Jet Airways, to name a few.
In 2015, Shantesh co-founded Slant Agency Dubai where he is currently the Partner and Chief Creative Officer. His interests today lie in scriptwriting and creating engaging content.
As an avid quizzer, Shantesh brings a curious mind to the table and believes in triangulating knowledge of mundane things to arrive at magical solutions. He is also a closet poet and is working on his first book.
